The Role
This is a full-time hands-on role where you’ll learn paint correction and detailing from our team, work out of the shop, and be trained up to eventually run our mobile detailing van. Over time, you’ll grow into a leader who helps set the standard for the team. We’ll teach you the craft. What we need from you is the right attitude, drive, and work ethic.

What You’ll Do:
- Be trained in paint correction, detailing, and our Buff & Seal package.
- Work in the shop, completing detailing and ceramic coating prep.
- Work toward running the mobile van on your own, once you’ve been trained and are ready.
- Inspect vehicles and communicate clearly with customers.
- Keep a high standard of quality on every vehicle.
- Help take care of the van, equipment, and products.
- Appear in photos and video for our social media.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a real desire to learn.
- Leadership potential: you take ownership and want to grow into more responsibility.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working with customers.
- Comfortable being on camera: you’ll appear in content for our social media.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
- Detailing experience is not required, but it’s an asset.
What We Offer:
- $18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and skill.
- Full training in paint correction, detailing, and ceramic coating prep.
- A clear path to running the mobile van and moving into a leadership role.
